I had a wonderful experience working with Keller Williams St Johns. My agent was courteous, professional and attentive throughout the entire process. She genuinely listened to my needs, took the time to understand what was important to me and may me feel supported every step of the way. I especially appreciated being able to rely on her knowledge and experience when making important decisions. Buying and Selling a home can be overwhelming but her professional and expertise made the whole experience so much smoother. I am truly grateful for the outstanding service and would highly recommend KW St Johns to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional.

Keller Williams St. Johns is truly one of the best real estate offices in Northeast Florida, especially if you’re buying or selling in St. Johns or Clay County.
What stands out to me most is the quality of the people in the office. Even with how quickly KWSJ has grown, they’ve done a great job of being selective about who they bring in.

Very underwhelming professionalism shown by Ms Bass. She arrived irritated and confrontational stating that I deleted my ID when I clearly had not. When she discovered her error after accusing me, she did not apologize. This is all being done at the front gate into the community. We follow her to house.
Sign on door says no shoes allowed, socks only. We were not informed prior and were not prepared. She smirked and said it's 'ok'. She showed zero respect for wishes of owner.
Barely in the door she demands we sign an agreement stating a commission to tour a house we are wanting to rent. She was impatient in explaining it, finally boiling it down to she had to take time away from her family to show us the house. We only saw entry way and kitchen of this home because her manner and demanding nature were 100% off-putting. We will not bother to tour any other homes for rent or sale, or sell our current home, with this company. She really wasn't interested in working that day.

Im selling my house by myself and clearly stated on Zillow I don't want any realtors contacting me about me signing up with them. Well, not only did a realtor here not respect that and contacted me about signing up with them, they contacted me at 11:15PM!! 11:15PM is a completely disrespectful hour to randomly reach out to someone.
